To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咖喱蒸土魷($36): 我是魷魚的超級粉絲,尤其是咖喱魷魚,差不多每次飲茶都點選,看魷魚的色澤以為味道很辣,但實質算太入味而且不夠辣,但口感爽脆相當好,有些酒樓會比較林,而份量比較少,底部墊了不少生筋。

叉燒腸($36): 飲茶怎能少了吃腸粉,今日選了叉燒腸,腸粉的皮薄口感幼滑,可能是掃上小量油使口感更幼滑,叉燒份量多差多整條腸粉都佈滿了叉燒,叉燒的肉質軟滑,點些甜豉油更美味。

雙色水晶包($32): 最後的甜品是水晶包,真是名符其實的皮薄餡靚,皮薄的程度可以看穿裡面的紅豆和奶黃餡料, 紅豆和奶黃餡料口感CREAMY而且味道不算太甜。
