To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 就黎冬至,今次提早去 times square 百樂潮州酒家食咗一餐,試咗多款招牌前菜/主菜/飯麵甜點,整體感覺好好 下次要去埋佢地中環新開既私房菜先得~~ 當日既 MVP 一定係蜜餞燒金蠔 ! 餐廳用上本地流浮山金蠔,金蠔粒粒超肥美肉質飽滿,加埋甜美蜜汁,令人齒頰留香滷水鵝肉鵝肝拼盤又係另一款必食菜式,滷水鵝肝口感滑嫩肥美,另外食滷水鵝最緊要就係餐廳個滷水膽!!鵝肉浸完個滷水膽入口肉質更加醇香美味最後,冬至就係要團團圓圓,食埋餐廳既潮式雜燴圍爐就啱晒喇,圍爐材料豐富,有鮑魚/海參/花膠帶子等等,湯底鮮甜仲有滿滿魚香,又係一道必叫菜式我地仲叫咗其他潮式經典菜:蘿蔔灌漿拼炸芋絲卷 胡椒鹹菜豬肚湯 頭抽煎鯧魚片 糖醋伊麵 鴛鴦水晶飽 潮州返沙芋條
