每逢加班開夜,晚上8:30後不少食店已開始準備截單了。難得這食店開門至晚上11:00(10:30截單),可讓我慢慢享用晚餐,也不怕阻礙別人收工。而這店最出名的當然是潮式原汁牛腩,但這裏還有其他飯餐,性價比很高。潮式原汁崩沙腩河 ($48)崩沙腩肉質滑嫩,脂肪分佈均勻,吃起來口感豐富。搭配上原汁湯底,讓人每一口都能感受到肉的鮮美與嫩滑,入口即化。咖哩吉列魚柳煙肉蛋飯 ($46)金黃酥脆的吉列魚柳,外皮香脆,內裡鮮嫩。煙肉的加入則增添了豐富的煙燻香氣,為整道菜增添了層次感。滑嫩的煎蛋,蛋黃流心的狀態,搭配在飯上,讓每一口都充滿了豐富的口感和味道。潮式炸魚餅 ($36)炸魚餅即叫即製,外皮酥脆,而內餡則彈牙可口。無論是單吃還是搭配醬汁,這也是一道美味的小吃。
