今晩和寶寶來到位於旺角的潮式餐廳,餐廳主打小吃,地道風味。價錢便宜,食物的選擇也很多。招牌潮式腸粉 ($20) 是全天候供應。可以免費選配生菜、芽菜或粟米。而我加了雞蛋 (+4)和叉燒 (+8),令腸粉更有層次。這種潮式腸粉跟普通港式腸粉不一樣,因為這是石磨腸粉,樣子竟是皺皮的,反而更有米香。這裡還有不少地道汕尾小食,在香港的餐廳確實少見。汕尾茶菜 ($42)名字有趣,原來是湯來的。用了7種以上的青菜和肉丁、蠟腸蝦丁等,上面撒上炒米花生,倒入豬骨湯,味道豐富清新。牙籤雞 ($28)是小米粒和雞一起脆炸,一口一塊,配上酸辣醬更惹味。還點了王老吉 ($10)呢~
