To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去開圓方做嘢,順便約媽咪飲個茶, 所以就揀咗百樂潮州,餐廳首先就會上功夫茶, 每人2杯,個茶味真係好香, 令人回味!另外我哋就叫咗幾款點心!我哋叫咗個叉燒包,個包好軟熟,餡料都幾多金珠鹹水角即叫即炸,熱辣辣, 外脆內軟!瑤柱蝦米蔥花腸雖然係蒸腸粉,但係個腸粉好滑,點少少豉油食就已經唔錯最後就係紫菜魚蛋湯,裏面除咗有魚片,仲有魚蛋同紫菜個湯底都好香,好有潮式風味呢度環境光猛,坐得都幾舒服,食物質素都唔錯
