今日去咗旺角食潮汕風味嘅單點火鍋店,比較特別係佢哋嘅潮汕特色牛肉同獅頭鵝,牛肉非常講究可以食唔同嘅位置。我哋叫咗牛骨湯底$68,呢個價錢以單點火鍋嚟講算係幾平,湯底有蘿蔔同粟米,味道清甜,唔會太濃但又有層次感。牛肉類方面,匙柄$78柔嫩Q彈,口感非常好,嫩肉$68係純瘦低脂,食落清爽又健康。仲叫咗蒙古羊肉片$68,羊肉薄切,入口未有太重嘅羶味,算係唔錯。配菜方面,油麥菜$23新鮮爽口,炸潮州魚蛋$33可以即食,外層脆脆地,內裡魚香味濃郁,幾有特色。豬肉粟米餃$33餡料飽滿,粟米帶少少甜味。獅頭鵝肉丸$33就係潮汕嘅招牌,彈牙有肉香。
