🍲冬至同屋企人去旺角打邊爐,食潮汕牛肉火鍋🍲叫左2大盤牛肉,一盤匙柄的,我一盤嫩肉,待應話每款都只係需要淥2-3秒。🍲開初我地都係半信半疑,話哂淥完2-3秒,塊肉都係紅紅地,但入口發現真係嫩滑,一咬就開,仲係好豐富的牛味,真係鮮切先有呢個質素。🍲另外必食的係潮汕魚丸,叫左2款熱食,炸魚丸同炸蝦餅,好充足的魚肉香味,又係新鮮至會有,同平時買的雪藏丸唔同。🍲另外都好特別的係鵝肉丸,佢唔同的地方係特別多的鵝油香,都係值得一試。🍲至於餃子,我地叫的係三併,有粟米豬肉、韭菜豬肉同埋芹菜豬肉,餃子都係佢哋新鮮即包,味道都唔錯。

湯底主要加入咗大量蕃茄、粟米同白蘿蔔,配料清甜又好味。再配埋豬骨熬製而成,湯底味道夠晒濃郁,十分美味🤤


🥢配菜食得唔多,都係主要揀幾款已經好夠~
- 匙柄:清脆爽口,牛味濃
- 嫩肉:肉質鮮嫩,又易熟
- 蒙古羊肉片:細膩又有陣陣羊味,啱晒愛羊肉嘅朋友
- 豬肉粟米餃:餃子內餡豐富,粟米甘甜
- 潮州魚蛋:Q彈性十足,口感正~
- 油麥菜:非常Fresh,仲可以平衡火鍋的油膩感
