估唔到!估唔到!內地出名嘅陳鵬鵬終於喺沙田開咗喇,就在新城市7樓,超方便,想食嘅時候就唔需要趕返去喇。去沙田就得啦!今日同朋友過去,環境舒服,座位都闊落,唔會擠迫。一落座,服務員就上咗餐前小食同4杯功夫茶過嚟,杯茶飲落去清香。睇咗菜單,然之後就用QR code落單,一定要食佢嗰個金獎鵝肝,兩種嘅食法一種係鹵水,另一種就係用糯米紙包鵝肝最嫩噶部分,食落去好creamy,入口即溶鵝肝嘅香味喺口腔中飄蕩,鹵水嘢做法就將鵝肝嘅騷味覆蓋咗,入口會多咗鹵水嘅香味,七秒鵝腸,鵝腸大塊還有少少脂肪,食落去爽口彈牙冇騷味,呢個真係要食,份量唔少,性價比高,還有鵝紅鋪底,鵝掌滷得入味,但係又唔係軟爛嗰種,食落去似爽脆嘅膠原,南澳蠔仔餅,用新鮮嘅蠔仔配上雞蛋加薯粉做嘅餅底,煎出嚟香脆中帶有煙韌,又食到蠔仔嘅新鮮重點就係唔會食到蠔殼碎,蠔仔都唔係細粒,家鄉炒果條,都頗有鑊氣,配上菜脯青菜魚餅條,口感豐富。呢間下次可以同朋友再嚟,一定要食埋佢其他嘅出品。
