趁住復活節走遠少少去到平日無咩點去既鰂魚涌行下順便揾下有咩好西,約左一班朋友夠麻甩當然要去打冷.鹹菜胡椒豬肚湯一窩上,豬肚處理得夠乾淨,入口無豬肉臟既餲臭味得黎又唔會有孱.豬肚質感夠爽彈入口煙煙韌韌.鹹菜亦唔會過酸,湯底夠晒胡椒味十分暖胃.滷水拼盤份量豐富之餘款式都幾多選擇,滷水汁顏色及味道夠濃又唔過鹹,入口先鹹,後帶微甘甜既味.內裏既食材都好入味,最吸得滷水汁既精華當然係豆腐.煎蠔餅,黎到打冷唔點返份蠔餅點叫打冷.蠔餅夠正宗,真係用心煎而唔係坊間求快而改成用炸既方式.煎得夠薄脆入口唔會油淋淋,溝左鴨蛋同雞蛋令蛋香味更重.蠔仔夠肥,脹卜卜又新鮮,唔會粉漿多過蠔仔,沾上胡椒魚露更惹味.牙帶魚好少係廣東菜出現,係當日老闆推介既特色魚類.牙帶魚經微煎炸,外皮變得脆身帶點鹹香,入口估唔到咁嫩滑,又唔多骨.雙菇扒時蔬,食左咁多肉當然要食返蔬菜平衡返.
