幾個朋友決定食潮洲菜,想起‘’太陽軒‘’ ,於是就 book枱嚟食個飯。先嚟食嗰潮洲拼盤:鹵水汁很濃,豬耳,鵝肉夠淋又入味,併盤還有五花腩,墨魚,紅腸,鹵水蛋等非常豐富。個人尤愛五花腩,肥瘦適中,好好食。另有豆腐墊低。再嚟個鵝翼:鵝翼很有咬口,同樣鹵水汁濃,鵝翼入晒味,有豆腐墊底。香煎蠔仔烙:蠔仔幾新鮮,蛋味夠而且煎得香口,而且份量好足。蘿蔔春菜煲:喜歡食春菜,煮得好淋夠鮮嫩,白蘿蔔也很清甜。潮洲糖醋麵:煎得剛剛好,薄薄的煎麵,外面香口,中間還是濕度適中,不會過乾,加上糖和醋,好味道。黃金炒飯:飯夠乾身,炒得均勻,不油膩,飯面灑上櫻花蝦乾,稍嫌鹹蛋黃份量不足。杏仁蛋白茶:這個杏仁茶較稀,蛋白好少,有改善空間。
