同朋友飯聚,唔想食西餐就揀左食潮洲菜,呢度係旺角地鐵站1分鐘路程幾方便。8點黎到差唔多全場滿座,所以上菜時間都比較耐。<傳統鴨蛋煎蠔烙>($86)呢個都幾大份,炸得好酥脆,味道幾貼近傳統潮式蠔餅,但蠔仔就唔算多喇。<菜心炒新鮮黃牛肉>($82)今日無芥蘭所以變菜心。菜心超多汁,好新鮮,牛肉亦夠嫩,調味亦唔會太鹹,幾抵讚。<黑松露鹹蛋啫煲飯>($88)呢個飯真係好大煲,面頭有啲黑松露香,鹹蛋味就因為飯量多而差少少喇。飯粒亦比較軟,水分比較多。<椒鹽寶寶寶> ($98)基本上寶寶寶就係鮮魷、銀魚、雞軟骨。出街食小炒通常淨係食到其中一樣,好少可以一次過滿足椒鹽鮮魷同椒鹽雞軟骨兩個願望。呢度唔會太鹹,啱曬養生人士。鮮魷同雞軟骨都算爽口。呢度宵夜有折,係度飲下啤酒都幾寫意。
