今晚我們去咗旺角通菜街嘅「潮福蒸氣石鍋」食晚飯!但我們唔係食蒸氣石鍋,而係食小菜!我們叫咗個晚飯孖寶:濃湯鷄煲翅「足八両」嘅湯底非常鮮味濃郁,但翅嘅份量唔算好多,唔係餐牌上寫嘅「足八両」!另外配嘅紅燒乳鴿「兩隻」嘅外皮燒得好香脆,肉質相當鬆軟嫩滑!漁香海參豆腐煲嘅海參好腍身,唔係好煙韌彈牙,而且醬汁超級濃郁,令到味道感覺比較鹹!腰果畔塘素燴嘅蓮藕片非常清甜爽脆,而且份量都幾多,腰果唔會變腍咗!瑤柱肉碎蒸水蛋蒸得都幾滑溜,瑤柱嘅份量都算多,而且味道都幾鮮味!金勾粉絲節瓜煲嘅粉絲都幾乾身,而節瓜嘅份量都幾多,唔會主要得粉絲,而節瓜祇係得幾條!即炒生炒骨嘅炸粉就厚咗啲,但肉質都幾鬆化!脆香蓮藕餅嘅外層煎得都幾香,爽甜嘅蓮藕粒,令到口感更加豐富!
