天氣轉冷,凍冰冰的天氣除了吃火鍋,蒸氣石鍋亦是一個不錯的選擇。窩夫與蝦子餅這次光顧潮福蒸氣石鍋,點了每位338元的「任揀任食任飲海鮮餐」。粥底二揀一,窩夫與蝦子餅選了瑤柱鮮淮山粥。一人一盅滋潤燉湯,窩夫與蝦子餅都選了姬松茸燉螺肉。每位敬送生猛龍蝦、貝殼盛盆和半隻脆皮乳鴿。邊吃乳鴿,邊等蒸龍蝦。龍蝦蒸好了,龍蝦肉白雪雪而且鮮甜彈牙,啖啖肉吃得很滋味。每張枱可自選四款海鮮,北韓鮮鮑魚是其中一款。鮑魚很腍滑,上面放了蟲草花,賣相特別美。貝殼盛盆有不同大小的蜆類,隻隻都脹卜卜,鮮味十足,最重要是沒有沙。生猛大元貝真的很大隻很厚肉,廚師已經將它起肉切開,比較容易蒸熟,吃起來亦比較方便。蘇格蘭蟶子皇也很大隻,味道鮮甜,加入蒜蓉粉絲令味道和口感更加豐富。第一次吃蒸美國石蠔,巨型蠔殼跟碟子差不多大,石蠔蒸得剛剛好,非常嫩滑,除了薑蔥,還加入了胡椒,味道很好。吃完海鮮,輪到任食任點的蟲草花清遠雞、爽脆豬頸肉、百花釀花菇、手打梅菜豬肉丸、手剁鮮蝦丸、自制鮮牛丸、自家制鯪魚球和肉鬆釀涼瓜等,丸類當中窩夫最欣賞彈牙的蝦丸。沒有上鏡的芋頭超粉超好吃。之後點了荷葉飯、蔥花卷和馬拉糕,蔥花卷和馬拉糕都是驚喜之作,非
