今日約埋幾位好朋友,試下呢間位於中環係網上都幾高評價嘅中菜-「名館 Ming Bistro」。一入到餐廳,有少少懷疑自己去錯地方。因為佢裝修真係幾潮幾特別下,有少少似高級西餐廳嘅格調。但望當中有唔少中式擺設融合左係入面。真係好有心思。餐牌選擇十分子多,我地係諗左好耐之後點左三味點心 - "鮮蝦金魚餃,"老鼠愛大米" 同埋" 鮮肉一口小籠包" ,跟住點左個"天山雪蓮燉海星" 湯,再點左三碟小菜- " 霸王辣子雞丁" ," 欖角肉崧蒸秋葵" , 同埋"蜂蜜柚子蝦球" , 仲有"和風櫻花蝦炒飯" ,最後就係甜品- "詐糊". 先講點心 - 賣相真係好吸睛。鮮蝦金魚餃係一條好可愛嘅金魚樣。放係一個六角形嘅小蒸籠入面。真係好似一個小金魚缸咁,好攪笑。一食落口係包住一隻好大隻嘅彈牙大蝦,睇得又食得。另外一味老鼠愛大米,我地都係見佢個名咁得意,貪得意叫黎試下。點知佢個樣係成隻老鼠仔黎,好可愛! 佢係一d 糯米皮咁,包住少少豬肉餡。感覺似食煙靭嘅咸水角。味道帶小小甜,算係好睇又好食。小籠包就皮薄薄同幾多湯汁。不過前面兩款太得意。相對佢就失色左XD .跟住講下湯, 天山雪蓮燉海星用一個茶壺載住,用小杯慢

跟住講下湯, 天山雪蓮燉海星用一個茶壺載住,用小杯慢慢品嘗 。倒出黎嘅湯清甜又唔油,幾滋潤。我地打開左個蓋睇下,入面有瘦肉,天山雪蓮,雞腳,雞肉,仲有好大塊海星。果然好足料。

小菜嘅霸王辣子雞丁 ,係我全晚最欣賞嘅菜式。佢用一個雞型籃仔載住好多辣子同花椒,當然仲有主角雞丁。雞丁吸收晒辣子同花椒嘅味道,加上雞丁炸出黎嘅油香夾雜住少少麻辣味。真係好出色。不過美中不足係雞多左少少骨。如果起埋骨就更加正。欖角肉崧蒸秋葵就好清新,佢欖角同肉崧係煮成醬咁,伴住秋葵一齊食就變左不再單調。蜂蜜柚子蝦球就係好似金魚餃一樣嘅大蝦炸左個金黃脆皮,加埋甜甜嘅柚子蜂蜜,唔錯。"和風櫻花蝦炒飯" 就面頭鋪滿左櫻花蝦,口口飯都差唔多有蝦拌住食。

食到飽一飽都好,但係我地都叫左一個甜品- "詐糊" ,呢個甜單係 好似奶凍加上桂花味。但呢個我覺得賣相先係重點,因為佢係舊舊都整到麻雀咁嘅樣。仲有一張人民幣同美金嘅米紙做裝飾。(但可以食嫁) 。影相放上網呃LIke 一流!
