今日去太子陳儀興尚潮樓食手工潮菜,之前都有同朋友嚟過,今日特登再嚟食上次想食嘅嘢。今次嚟到,餐廳安排咗我坐下層,下層環境一樣舒適。魚露浸花甲依個係一個凍食嚟,煮熟咗嘅花甲,浸入魚露雪凍。花甲好鮮甜,加上魚露、令花甲鮮味更突出。鵝三寶因為我都幾鐘意食鵝肝鵝腸、所以今次都有再返點依道潮汕滷水。鵝腸爽滑、鵝肉鮮嫩唔韌、鵝肝厚厚,而且入口即融。同上次食一樣咁好食。二十年老菜脯燉鮮豬肚湯湯色微紅,湯頭清甜,又有老菜脯的的清香。聽聞老菜脯可健脾養胃、止咳祛痰、開胃助消化等,老少皆宜。肚肉苦瓜煲依個係潮汕人夏季最鐘意煮嘅菜式,因為夏季係苦瓜當做嘅季節。以前喺屋企住嘅時候,屋企人都成日煮嚟食。煲底收埋咗好多肚肉同冬菇。配白粥一齊食,好有家嘅感覺。老藥桔上次飲過陳儀興嘅老藥桔同烏豆水,我都係掛住老藥桔多啲,所以都有再叫返杯。老藥桔都係潮州特產之一,有潤肺、潤喉、健脾生津功效,味道鹹中帶甜,好好飲嫁。
