朋友食過再介紹,今次 一行13個人晚飯,除了一星期前電話訂位之外,部分手工菜還要電話預約一早訂好。手工菜有炸普寧豆(必食),汕頭煎蠔烙(推介),古法糯米酥雞,清金鯉蝦 (人頭計, 一人一隻)店舖環境較為擠迫,較古色古香,睇得出有歷史味道 。茶介每人$15一位,其中炸普寧豆腐實在太多人喜愛,最後叫咗 4碟 。部份餸菜例牌,人多就可能叫多一份或半份。由於今次order不小餸菜,確實價錢比較貴,但每一道菜味道好出色,難怪閒日都滿座 。

入到店內,二人枱位置係擠迫嘅但都可以接受。最接受唔到係乾貝春菜煲喺$128 ,就算連鵝肉雙拼都係$198唔知點解叫碟菜要$268加埋要接近成$300一碟喺香港土生土長土多年菜。都未食過咁貴嘅菜建議大家叫餸嘅時候問清楚價錢,如果唔係就好似我咁樣兩個人叫三樣嘢都$700埋單。感覺非常唔老實,永遠都唔會過咁貴嘅菜建議大家叫餸嘅時候問清楚先叫如果唔係就俾佢劏,留有這個不愉快的印象。以後都唔會再去。

上週和朋友去左太子花園街的陳儀興尚潮樓,果然名不虛傳!店內的裝潢雖然簡單,卻處處透露出傳統的粵式風情。木質桌椅、紅色的燈籠,當然還有舊樓宇留下的Features。我覺得有幾項肯定必食 鵝三寶: 鵝肉鮮嫩多汁,鵝肝滑溜細膩,鵝腸爽脆彈牙,而且滷水也很有水準,三種口感一次滿足。汕頭煎蠔烙是必點的吧,蠔仔飽滿肥美,蛋炸得外皮香脆,內餡軟嫩經典!潮州炒魚麵也很好吃, 魚麵Q彈有嚼勁,濃郁鮮美,炒得惹味。- 另外海鮮也炒得出色,油泡南澳島鮮魷, 肉質爽口彈牙,口感超正~~。 苦瓜排骨煲也很好吃, 苦瓜甘甜,排骨軟爛入味,湯頭清甜, 份量十足-下次要再點潮州凍蟹、滷水鵝和蝦棗!
