今日跟亞囡去油尖旺做一日潮媽,感受一下時下年青人的喜好。行了整日有點累,係時候晚餐了,亞囡帶我去了一間好有特色的火鍋店,特色在於鍋粥底。一人一鍋有五款味道可選,紫薯,粟米,甘筍,椰子和季節性的菠菜。我選擇咗椰子,味道清淡有點椰香。亞囡那鍋是粟米,顏色鮮黃真係好似平時飲開的粟米湯。海鮮拼盤有肉蟹,貴妃蚌,花甲,蝦,鮑魚和蜆。全部海鮮真係好新鮮,肉質嫰,鮮甜。煮過海鮮,湯底變得鮮甜得多。美食不要停,配料陸續上檯。蔬菜有窩筍,蘿蔔,紹菜,生菜,雞脾菇,丸類有魚蛋,墨魚滑,蝦丸之類,有餃子,有雲吞,好豐富。肉類有肥牛和黑豚肉,兩款肉都好軟腍,肥瘦適中,最適合打邊爐。食完邊爐我己飽了九成,還有粥呀!淨餘的湯底,混入南瓜和芋頭粒,再加飯糊,慢煮,一鍋美味的粥完成了。亜囡那鍋顏色好靚,成鍋粟米南瓜粥咁。好綿好鮮甜好正,飽都唔捨得唔食曬佢
