潮人潮興 hea 蠔吧,怎可少了我個份,身在銅鑼灣心血來潮想食蠔,朋友介紹試試 Casa Fina,因為 Casa Group 是蠔之專家,在銅鑼灣區有兩家餐廳,都只做蠔及海鮮。餐廳設計都幾潮,蠔吧可坐十人,面對多款鮮蠔,可以自己作主做tasting,食蠔如食魚生,要由淡至濃,蠔以海水味濃為最好,唔識揀,參考價錢都得。二人四款八隻蠔,我唔係專家,對我來講分別唔係好大,但食得出好新鮮,而且食得出海水的鹹味,第一款與最後的蠔后比,真係最後的最濃及鹹。朋友建議加二隻牡丹蝦,馬上擧手同意,日本蝦$70隻,唔貴。淨食蠔當然唔夠飽,加個濃郁醬汁的意粉及意飯各一個大家分食,蟹肉龍蝦汁長通粉及帶子墨魚汁意飯,見到都好似好滋味咁,兩款的汁不同,但收水好,唔會水汪汪,而且味道豐厚,飯粉軟硬道合適。
