To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日經過景隆街因為大雨入左間coffee shop 避雨,原本諗住叫杯latte,之後見到個menu有杯咖啡叫flat white,問左個侍應係咩黎?佢話係一杯澳式咖啡同latte類似,都係一杯加入比較多牛奶既咖啡,咁就叫左一杯黎見識下,雖然唔識飲咖啡, 但都覺得幾好飲重好滑tim.之後攞左本雜誌黎睇,hea左城個鐘就走,下次經過都會再黎, 因為佢地d裝修都好舒服
