To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得放假與友人到旺角閒逛,發現有間華星冰室食評不錯,諗住試下我一見到要排隧想走,友人說應該排得好快,姑且一試,結不消5分鐘便安排坐位。友人叫了常餐,看看華星跟澳牛的分別,我則叫了黑松露炒蛋多士,配上熱奶茶,應該唔錯上檯喇, 奶茶還可,但總是差一點點的樣子。至於黑松露炒蛋多士,OK~名副其實黑松+炒蛋+多士,嘩哈哈~~~好食,但黑松露唔係我杯茶,下次可試校長多士P.S. 我只是N年前食過一次澳牛,所以無辦法作出比較,不過華星的侍應哥哥絕對比澳牛的友善搞鬼,食得無咁大壓力就是了。
