To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近有親戚嚟咗香港旅行，佢哋入住沙田麗豪酒店，今日陪佢哋去完迪士尼玩，放咗成日電返到酒店都好攰，佢哋又唔想去咁遠食飯，所以就索性係酒店食自助餐。🇲🇴 餐廳位於酒店三樓依家做緊澳門主題，所以唔使去澳門都可以品嚐到澳葡嘅特色菜。🦐 當天海鮮區有四款海鮮提供，長腳蟹超鮮甜重點提介 🍖 另外仲有多款澳葡熟食同燒烤提供 🍣 刺身區雖然得幾款選擇，不過就重質不重量，刺身非常新鮮。燒乳豬火喉控制得好好，皮脆肉嫩非常好食。雪糕櫃仲有貴價雪糕任食。😍
