Restaurant: 澳門咖喱王新鮮腩

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日晚去完街街不想回家煮飯，就來到這間好評如潮的澳門咖哩王新鮮腩。點了招牌菜咖哩薯仔牛筋腩飯。把飯盛在竹兜上還是第一次見，牛腩份量足，大件有牛味，的確頗新鮮，但瘦的部分偏多就不夠滑溜，影響口感；而且薯仔略嫌不夠，很細件，咖喱汁撈飯的確非常好吃，只是希望汁的份量可多一點，辣味加重一點就更好。店內還有其他得獎菜式，有機會再來試。受市況影響，往日其門如市的店當晚顯得冷清，中段我還包了廿分鐘場，没生意只靠店員熱絡的拉客，真有夠惨的。
