餐廳喺澳門已經有百年歷史,主打手打竹昇麵,以鵝蛋製作再用人手用竹壓,至今已連續四年榮獲澳門米芝蓮街頭小食推介!店內環境唔大,座位之間距離較窄,但勝在乾淨同衛生。招牌蝦籽撈麵口感彈牙,冇鹼水味,帶淡淡蛋香氣,上面鋪滿蝦籽,旁邊附上湯汁同蠔油可以配住食,個人幾鍾意。另外私心推介街頭魚蛋麵,幼麵吸飽湯汁,魚蛋大粒且彈,性價比高。酸辣口味亦有供應,要咗個豬扒喇沙湯米粉試試,豬扒薄切容易咬開,湯底帶微微辣度十分開胃。飯類反而有驚喜,咖哩香濃惹味,雞扒嫩滑可口,飯夠軟糯,老少咸宜。小食方面都有幾多選擇,全部以籠仔上,迷你可愛,適合打卡。大大力推豬頸肉,入口滑溜,大塊又唔油、極上肥牛就正常發揮、雲吞皮薄身,餡料唔少,炸嘅更邪惡,值得一試。

小食方面都有幾多選擇,全部以籠仔上,迷你可愛,適合打卡。大大力推豬頸肉,入口滑溜,大塊又唔油、極上肥牛就正常發揮、雲吞皮薄身,餡料唔少,炸嘅更邪惡,值得一試。
