Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 今日收工之後約咗男朋友去麗豪酒店食自助餐，難得做緊優惠當然唔可以錯過。酒店今次嘅主題係澳門葡國菜，啱曬我口味😋第一次去麗豪酒店，食自助餐嘅餐廳叫做濠餐廳，裝修簡約，地方好闊落。作為海鮮控嘅我，第一站就去咗冷盤海鮮區，海鮮款式，有凍蝦，蜆，青口同埋螺等等，總括貝類都幾豐富 ，當中個蜆好有驚喜，粒粒飽滿之餘，唔會有沙，食到鮮甜味日式料理區有好多刺身可以畀我揀，每一款師傅都會厚切。有齊三文魚，吞拿魚同埋鯛魚。我最鍾意就係三文魚，油脂豐富好滿足。壽司都有好多唔同種類可以選擇，每款都係水準之上熟食區最令我印象深刻，有自選湯麵， 可以自己揀配料。我揀咗魷魚圈 ，而湯底係藥膳湯底，食完個人暖笠笠，藥材味唔會好重，容易入口由於係葡國主題當然唔少得葡國菜，當中最印象深刻嘅係葡式咖哩，配埋又酥又薄嘅薄餅，點滿咖哩汁，真係好惹味 。菜式仲包括有乳豬，馬介休球等等，餐廳會不停幫手refill，所以唔使擔心試唔到呀去到最後當然唔少得一定要留返個甜品胃食甜品啦，澳門美食一諗就諗到係葡撻喇。呢度嘅葡撻做得好出色，蛋味濃，唔會太甜，酥皮好脆。另外好推介嘅係焦糖燉蛋，上面嘅焦糖脆卜卜，加上滑嫩嘅燉蛋真正係嘅享受 。最後

去到最後當然唔少得一定要留返個甜品胃食甜品啦，澳門美食一諗就諗到係葡撻喇。呢度嘅葡撻做得好出色，蛋味濃，唔會太甜，酥皮好脆。另外好推介嘅係焦糖燉蛋，上面嘅焦糖脆卜卜，加上滑嫩嘅燉蛋真正係嘅享受 。最後，仲有三款口味嘅movenpick雪糕可以任食，食多幾杯就值回票價啦😍
