To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

獨自食一入即有位，不用等侯，店員招呼得很快，很有效率被帶領至餐廳最深處沒有什麼裝修的地方，搭枱是必然的，剛巧坐在一部吹風機旁，用餐的地點不幸左方一直吹風機聽著機器運作。 (這是晚市的菜單，我是吃午市的) 要了其中一個招牌菜式：澳門蔥油雞飯：飯量連雞是夠飽的，份量很多，油量也頗多，但如果蔥油味更濃一點就更好。好立克的味夠濃，可以細品；注意到其他獨食的食客是點西式快餐，然後手機撈飯，下個可以一試。不收八達通，要注意⚠️
