To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自助餐都食過唔少，但可以打邊爐嘅自助餐呢就真係少食，位於沙田河畔嘅麗豪酒店就有一個以澳門葡式風格嘅自助餐啦熟食、冷盤、海鮮、甜品、飲品樣樣有，仲以澳門街道名嚟做分區，鍾意食乜就拎乜，而我覺得最特別嘅就係可以打邊爐，首先揀選湯底，然後再拎唔同配料，之後加埋自助餐入面嘅食品，自己配搭出鍾意嘅料理另外，有一個甜品不得不提，就係火炎雪糕蛋糕🍰，因為係限時限量，所以職員會預先用手鈴🔔提醒食客，然後會熄左大部分嘅燈，俾食客欣賞火炎燃燒嘅過程，跟住就平均分配俾各位食客值得一提，職員服務態度非常好
