澳門過百年歷史的麵店梁慶記在港開咗分店,餐廳地方闊落,以傳統手工竹昇麵馳名,同事約咗我今日去試吓。濠江地道雲吞麵:手打竹昇麵採用澳門傳統做法,堅持人手打製,全用鴨蛋,所以麵條煙韌彈牙,而且沒有鹼水味,雲吞餡用新鮮豬肉製,中間再加一隻蝦仁,食落油潤甘香,肉汁豐富。湯底改用自家煲的豬骨湯,味道濃郁,鮮甜清新。跟餐炸雲吞和飲品,雲吞炸至金黃色,香脆可口。凍檸茶不太甜。葡式咖喱雞扒飯:辣道揀咗小辣,葡式咖喱香濃,雞扒肉嫩,沾滿醬汁好惹味!跟餐腩汁生菜配飲品,生菜清綠爽脆,加腩汁味道更佳。葡式奶茶:用樽裝裝奶茶,原汁原味,飲落茶味香濃回甘,甜度相對較低,適合喜歡濃茶味又怕甜的朋友。招牌澳門豬扒包:麵包外脆內鬆軟,充滿牛油和洋蔥的香味,而且豬扒肉身軟腍又Juicy,真係一試難忘!食完先睇到米芝蓮推介蝦籽撈麵,下次再來試吓!
