To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日點兩款午餐海南雞飯配熱奶茶都炒海鮮檬粉配凍奶茶味道不錯，可惜今天遇兩事，餐廳要好好改善1. 炒海鮮越南檬粉粉，海鮮白灼另上，原因㕑師忘記落鑊炒，事後上還一聲不好意思都無，無味的海鮮，抱著健康態度，不追究。2. 凍奶茶杯底發現有一隻小小小小強，手拿飲管告知店，店員用手捽走，說是茶葉，激氣！我不是要免費午餐，但希望餐廳注意衛生，有錯承認對食客尊重，公道自在人心。今次用膳後，失望，若不改善未必再光顧了。

海南雞飯配熱奶茶
都炒海鮮檬粉配凍奶茶

味道不錯，可惜今天遇兩事，餐廳要好好改善
