濃厚的湯底的日式拉麵

鳴虎個名成日都聽得多，今次第一次黎食，簡簡單單只叫左兩碗拉麵，食返佢地既原汁原味。拉麵上檯賣相吾錯，香味俱全，第一啖緊係要飲個湯，湯底濃厚，我叫的是黑鳴虎- 博多黑蒜油拉麵，拉麵麵質軟硬適中，屬於幼身的麵條，掛湯能力也不錯，黑蒜油味道都吾錯，吾會話過分重味道而蓋過湯底本來的味道。叉燒肉有三片，味道還好，溏心蛋的味道淡口一點點得黎熟成度係會流心果種，值得一讚的是這裡給的是原隻溏心蛋！朋友叫的是鳴海老- 蝦味噌豬骨湯拉麵，味道一樣不錯，蝦的鮮味十足，風味一流。整體來講，還不錯，下次黎試吓其他食物。
