好耐冇食過越南河,今日下午去西營盤見個朋友,朋友帶左去西環英華臺一間不起眼的小餐廳,餐廳裝潢簡單,掛上幾幅色彩鮮艷各有主題的油彩畫作,點綴左整間餐廳,係呢度竟然俾我食到超好味的濃湯生牛肉河,一試難忘。越南餐廳一定要試佢的牛肉河,我地叫左下面幾樣食物;1. 濃味牛湯浸手切牛肉河 $78, 看餐牌見兩到濃味手切幾個字已被它吸引,第一樣必食,熱辣辣湯河一上餐台,果然係濃湯,濃烈的牛湯香味撲鼻,試似一啖湯頭,哇然一聲,正!配上多塊仍未全熟的手切牛肉,利用湯的熱力將牛肉浸熟,這樣牛肉入口滑流軟熟,河粉粗幼厚簿適中, 又夠滑,浸完濃湯,超入味,結果整配吃清光,一點湯都不漏。2. 雞絲扎肉蝦頭抽炒金邊粉$78, 加了好多種蔬菜絲配上較幼身的金邊粉一起炒,食落好多種口感,味道亦適中。3. 小食叫左蒜香牛油雞翼$38和香茅中燒牛$40, 牛油蒜翼炸得好香脆,亦醃得好入味,表面撒上蒜蓉;串燒牛燒得肉質嫩滑,一d都唔鞋身,點上濃厚的沙爹醬,超好食。
