To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

濃郁白咖喱‧不錯的下午茶

陪嫲嫲辦完回鄉卡後，又要趕到荃灣辦點事，辦完事後已經是差不多下午五時了，這時候我才有時間吃我的午餐，所以我亦都特別餓，只想吃一頓邪惡得來又飽肚的午餐，最終我選了到「沙嗲王」吃他們的白咖喱。大概我到步的時候，已經過了他們特別繁忙的時間，所以內裏的人不多，感覺特別恬靜和舒服! 這裏的空間感也不錯，座位亦見舒適，我都相當喜歡!既然我來到的時候已經過了午餐，那我就看看他們下午茶的餐牌有沒有白咖喱提供。剛好看到餐牌上有白咖喱香茅豬扒拉麵，所以我便不說二話把它點下來。白咖喱香茅豬扒拉麵白咖喱香茅豬扒拉麵賣相不錯，湯底富有白咖喱的香濃，同時又帶少許稠身，正是我喜歡的味道和口感。除此之外，香茅豬扒的份量亦相當多，一大塊的香茅豬扒被切成幾件方便客人進食。豬扒的香茅味十分濃郁，不過略嫌香茅味太重而蓋過了豬扒本身的肉香味，但是味道仍然不錯，加上豬扒口感鬆軟，所以吃上去相當不俗! 拉麵方面同樣不錯，吃上去還有一點咬口，配上濃郁的白咖喱湯底和香茅豬扒一起吃特別美味!凍蘋果紅茶(配啫喱)隨餐還附有飲品，只需加$2便可享用凍蘋果紅茶(配啫喱)，所以我便加了錢點了這杯飲品。這杯飲品口感冰凍，甜度中，同時又富有蘋果香，

凍蘋果紅茶(配啫喱)

隨餐還附有飲品，只需加$2便可享用凍蘋果紅茶(配啫喱)，所以我便加了錢點了這杯飲品。

這杯飲品口感冰凍，甜度中，同時又富有蘋果香，再配上啫喱在一起真的不錯，不過如果啫喱再QQ多一點則更為理想!

今次的午餐，不論是食物還是飲品，我都相當滿意，只需略為改善不足之處則更為理想!
