To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

💪🏻 花生湯嫩滑雞肉拉麵（$49 跟餐）我個人非常鍾意食花生濃湯嘅🤪，例如沙嗲湯、擔擔麵湯等，所以呢間餐廳我好想試好耐。餐廳嘅花生湯底非常濃郁，而且濃底有少許黏稠，可以掛到麵，食麵時可以撈埋花生濃湯一齊食🤤 拉麵亦配有少量肉碎，花生碎，亦可以配上辣醬，所以食落有啲似濃花生醬擔擔麵，口感豐富😋 拉麵係類似普通日式拉麵個種，正常發揮。雞肉都十分嫩滑，肉量算多，調味不算太重，配湯底食不錯！味道：8/10性價比：8/10 食住瘦指數：💪🏻💪🏻/5 💪🏻 龍川小籠包（$32/4粒）小籠包皮偏厚，唔太薄，而且湯汁唔多，唔夠juicy，食落有少少偏乾嘅口感😣 肉餡調味咸味適中，但肉汁都偏少。所以整體小籠包係少少失望😢 （個人認為小籠包係上海菜舖嘅靈感）味道：5/10性價比：5/10 食住瘦指數：💪🏻/5
