還記得小時候一到新年我便很開心,因為可跟媽媽回娘家拜年討利是(可知媽媽有12兄弟姐妹啊),現在人大了渴望的並非利是而係齊齊整整的跟親朋戚友吃一頓新年飯^0^多謝九舅父相約一衆親友濟濟一堂到新斗記相聚一個快樂的晚上^0^見到支裝可樂大家不難估到一定係車媽媽的啦^0^先來個{揚州炒飯}$98兩位表姨甥主食,我也試了一口炒得頗乾身而且足料非常內有不少爽口蝦粒和叉燒~新斗記出名{招牌即燒乳豬}$698/隻,皮脆肉嫩做到了,但豬件比較凍冰冰吃落沒那麼吸引啊~九舅父將他們那檯的{馳名脆皮燒鵝皇}$498/隻分了半隻給我們 ,可能凍咗鵝皮未算脆口,但肉質軟滑肉香滿滿~{白灼海蝦}隻隻飽滿札實充斥海水鮮甜味很美味喔~{鎮店鹵水頂鴿皇}$98/隻,乳鴿個子魁梧一隻可開六件叫兩隻已夠一圍同吃,咪睇佢色澤不吸引其實鹵得入味非常但又不失肉香,而且質感軟滑比起早前在粗菜館食的更為誘人^0^{鍋貼小棠菜}$118早在10多年前經常和好友Jacky到太子好彩酒樓便是為了它^0^這兒也做得頗出色外層
