Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這天早上來了沙田科學園這邊辦點事,原想早點來這裡先吃早餐,但是錯過了專車,所以也沒有時間吃。忙完事情,便回到沙田的麗豪酒店吃自助午餐。怎料酒店的接駁專車搬站了,又上不了車,而天氣太熱,不想走過去,便轉乘的士前往酒店。自助餐價錢每位$208,先來看看頭盤及沙律,沙律菜及配料選擇很多,每款新鮮,也有煙三文魚、凍肉等等,個人特別喜愛炒雜菇。刺身,選擇不是很多,就只吃了最愛的三文魚,魚是新鮮,也有點肥美。壽司也有數款,但怕吃飯,所以沒有吃。而海鮮也有三款,蝦、帶子及青口。這月自助餐主題的泰式風味,所以也有數款泰式食物,如蝦餅、蝦丸、豬肉春卷、包雞肉、牛肉串燒等,豬肉春卷帶微脆,鹹鹹的,挺不錯,但牛肉燒得偏乾身,而且韌口。熱盤方面,有些雞肉、豆腐、烤肋骨及羊肉等,而咖哩牛肉挺不錯,還有印度廚師即場搓製及煎薄餅,牛肉煮得軟腍,把薄餅沾滿咖哩汁來吃,非常惹味。亦有咖哩雜菜及烤羊,但個人不愛羊,也沒有吃。而相信最吸引大家的都會是Movenpick雪糕,味道選擇也不少有雲尼拿、朱古力、士多啤梨、焦糖、Tiramisu、咖啡、青檸雪葩,焦糖是我的最愛,雲尼拿同樣喜愛,吃數球也少不免。偶爾想清一清味蕾,加一

甜品也有不少選擇,切餅有黑森林蛋糕,朱古力味香濃,但內藏的車厘子欠缺酒味,像是朱古力蛋糕多點。藍莓芝士蛋糕,芝士味濃郁而質感細滑,但餅底較軟腍及鬆散。

Tiramisu,Mascarpone芝士口感柔香甜,但咖啡酒味不太突出。朱古力蛋糕,由慕斯加上蛋糕層組成,可可味十分香濃甘醇,不會很甜,是多款甜品中個人最愛。

小件裝的蛋糕有栗子蛋糕,不是用新鮮栗子來造,栗蓉味道偏甜,但蛋糕質感也挺鬆軟。芒果酥,酥皮底微脆,不算很鬆化,伴上的吉士醬十分甜溜。也試了四款杯裝甜品,奶凍挺滑,帶淡淡奶香。曲奇忌廉,就是有些曲奇餅碎伴上忌廉來吃,味道普通,不太特別。木糠布甸,就是餅碎加上忌廉,味道沒曲奇的那麼香濃,最後的朱古力慕斯,質感較為濃稠,味道比剛才吃的朱古力蛋糕甜。

另外還吃了拿破崙、忌廉朱古力蛋糕、生果脆餅、忌廉芒果蛋糕、果撻及椰汁糕,算一算,共有十六款甜品

個人來說,這裡自助餐很適合跟家人到來,媽媽不喜愛太嘈吵的環境,而我跟妹妹也很愛吃雪糕,也會再來。晚上的自助餐更有BBQ食物,廚師會在戶外的火爐上燒製各款食物,找天也再來吃。
