To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

瀟灑西營盤 排骨麵食味評

今日行過西營盤，朋友介紹我去試下間上海麵店，佢話平民價錢，但做到嘅野令人諗起屋企味。踩入間鋪頭，環境樸實唔花巧，桌仔櫈仔都係老字號feel。嗌咗碗菜膽雲吞排骨麵，頭先食嘅粒粒爽口，雲吞肉感十足，啖啖飽滿，湯底得個清新，真係一流！至於排骨🍖，咁酥脆，兜住啲香氣，香過行街都聞得到，食落去唔會膩，蘸啲辣椒醬又啱嘴。至於豆漿，滑得嚟香得，啱啱好充當個stopper，食多咗排骨，一啖豆漿，清新返晒！見到鋪頭咁多街坊客，笑口合輝，食住講住，個個滿足，間鋪显得熱鬧得很。我覺得今次食得開心，響呢個快節奏嘅城市，都可以搵到慢慢嚥嘅滿足，好正！😊 跟隨我，持續發掘更多香港本土好店啦！👣🍲🥢
