今日微微細雨,行到攰攰地,見過個裝修新淨就同女朋友入去食個下午茶。平時我哋都好鍾意食東南亞菜,見裝修都好有旅行嘅感覺。入到去地方寬敞,都坐得幾舒服。坐低咗之後就即刻揭開餐牌叫我哋最鍾意食嘅海南雞飯同埋撈矇試下。冇諗過餐牌下午茶嘅款式都幾多選擇,見佢加廿零蚊就可以加多個小食梗係即刻試吓啦,今次試咗杏仁蝦餅同埋炭燒豬頸肉。叫完唔駛等好耐嘢食同嘢飲已經好快送齊,擺款好靚仔,仲要即炸添!都幾有驚喜! 先講先講下個冇骨海南雞摻摻喇沙,雞肉都幾滑幾香,加埋新加坡既黑豉油再配足料喇沙湯底真係一流。一般馬來菜好少用正宗新加坡短芽菜竟然佢哋咁有心機入貨喎軟殼蟹撈檬粉10分足料配菜有四五樣,即炸軟殼蟹脆漿好薄,令蟹肉咬起嚟外脆內軟又唔漏,真係幾好味小食有水準,個蝦餅嚟到熱辣辣配埋個杏仁片都香口,蝦肉又彈牙。個炭燒豬頸肉食都好有心思嗰邊用火烘一烘,做到又脆又軟嘅兩個口感個南洋奶茶茶香奶香10分平衡,入口軟滑嚟到嘅時候有一層薄薄嘅奶泡起面, 證明連水吧都好比心思。斑蘭椰汁冰亦都好重斑蘭味,同我之前去旅行飲過嘅當地飲品味道好似,令到我好似去咗旅行咁

軟殼蟹撈檬粉10分足料配菜有四五樣,即炸軟殼蟹脆漿好薄,令蟹肉咬起嚟外脆內軟又唔漏,真係幾好味
