以前成日食銅鑼灣三星牛肉麵，易手後老闆就喺灣仔開咗呢間 #尚青商號，紅燒半筋半肉麵湯頭非常夠味，牛筋同牛肉都炆得入味，可惜個麵實在係煮得太淋，好彩酸菜同油炸鬼幫到碗麵多番層次同口感！不過2021年仲淨係收現金，就真係要改善吓！⁣This newly opened Taiwanese beef noodles shop was very popular during weekends. The soup was okay, but the noodles were way overcooked! Also, only accepting cash in 2021 is unacceptable! ⁣
