今日午餐想食得健康啲,就諗起灣仔呢間主打藥膳湯底嘅麵館。首先叫咗古法炆蘿蔔當前菜,炆得好腍,入曬湯嘅蘿蔔好甜。我叫咗個藥膳雜丸養生湯米粉,因為藥膳湯底有杞子同紅棗,食落味道都有少少甜甜地,雜丸有貢丸同墨魚丸,墨魚丸仲食到墨魚肉,咬落分外彈牙。朋友叫咗藥膳農場雞+日本花菇養生湯米線,花菇好好肉地,咬落去湯汁出哂嚟。農場雞肉質嫩口,有雞翼、雞髀、同雞胸肉。湯底仲可以加麻辣,非常惹味。飲品我哋一人叫咗一杯檸水同檸蜜,滋潤一下。
