To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

招牌蛋包飯！喺灣仔小巷入邊，呢間日式餐廳喺午市時段大排長龍，餐廳裝修比到我日式家庭小店嘅感覺，彷彿返咗去日本食蛋包飯。招牌三色蛋包飯$82- 我揀咗咖喱豬肉和濃茄牛肉，朋友有揀到忌廉雞肉。首先介紹餐廳主角蛋包飯，佢唔係蛋皮，而係滑蛋，蛋香味濃，配上自選嘅蕃茄汁同咖哩汁簡直係一流！我最中意濃茄牛肉，鮮茄酸甜開胃，減少左滑蛋嘅油膩感。另外，日式咖喱豬肉都唔錯，如果可以加多一啲辣度就更加好。總括嚟講蛋包飯係好食，不過價錢有啲偏高，似去左日本食出名蛋包飯嘅價錢，雖然灣仔區食肆價錢係咁上下，所以耐唔耐嚟排隊食一次半次都可以。
