之前食過灣仔呢間越南野嘅法包,覺得幾正宗,今次就試埋佢嘅生牛肉湯河同越南去骨海南雞飯呢度嘅pho叫會安生牛肉湯河,個湯底比平時食開嘅甜,所以加番青檸汁中和番會更加好味,而河粉佢唔係用港式果啲,而係用越南嘅乾河粉,所以特別滑同彈牙。至於牛肉方面,切得好薄,同湯攪勻就熟哂,食落口好嫩滑朋友食越南去骨海南雞飯,佢係話上次食完覺得雞滑飯香,所以今次再encore呢間$80一個set有個main同野飲,幾抵食
