如果想係煩喧既灣仔區搵一間坐得舒服又寧靜既餐廳,我會推介伙伙餐廳。鴛鴦蝦多士($68) 炸得香脆而不油,多士唔會話索晒D油而油淋淋,蝦膠份量適中,有芝麻既蝦多士就更加香口,點少少沙律醬就更加出色! 下層係多士,上層就係蝦膠~吉列釀蟹蓋($98) 蟹蓋釀得好飽滿,用麵包糠炸到金黃,除左蟹肉絲,我唔太食得出入面仲有其他咩材料,因為其他材料址為絲狀。不過調味足夠,咸咸地,味道有D似馬介休! 香口野食點上沙律醬就更美味開胃。 香煎虎蝦金目鱸魚柳(牛油香草汁)($198) 金目鱸魚細嫩軟口,魚皮帶點微脆,魚肉煎得剛好,不會變散,虎蝦夠大隻,啖啖肉,用左惹味既牛油香草汁,想啜埋個蝦殼~~伴碟既著蓉都唔錯呢,夠晒細滑。古法焗厚切豬扒飯($118) 豬扒用左吉列既方式整,肉質頗腍,已經切成條狀,食起上黎好方便。醬汁開胃,而且再加左少少芝士,唔經唔覺食晒成碟飯。法式焦糖布丁($68) 焦糖燉蛋係幾滑同creamy,但我自己唔太接受到佢既味道,因為蛋黃味非常濃,朋友就幾中意喇~~ 餐牌
