海外分公司派了老外同事到港開會, 公司特意安排到灣仔百年歷史建築物地標食中菜dinner, 有幸陪食。從地面一個小小樓梯口行上長樓梯, 全層以雀鳥牆紙做佈置, 環境氣氛高尚, 復古又帶點西化, 有別於一般中式酒家。餐廳最裡頭仲有個酒吧區, 供應多款調酒飲品。唔飲酒嘅都有Mock tail選擇。中菜OMAKASA 每位HK$1,888+10%另外點了兩款港式點心比老外同事試試。雨前龍井蝦餃 HK$98: 餃皮同埋餡料都混入咗龍井茶葉碎, 餃皮薄, 蝦肉餡料爽口多汁, 偏鹹些少。炸魷魚鬚: 皮炸得酥脆, 雖然魷魚鬚爽, 不過味道過鹹, 配酒邊飲邊食, 可能味道會balance d。食過兩款點心, 就開始OMAKASE喇!第一碟集合三款小食: 花雕醉鮑魚: 花雕提升咗鮑魚本身幾鮮甜, 口感彈滑。荔茸帶子: 外層脆皮鬆化, 一咬綿密芋泥中包住原粒帶子。炭燒叉燒: 半肥瘦叉燒好林, 表面有好甜嘅蜜汁, 細味有微炭燒香。日本鮮響螺燉花膠: 清甜滋陰潤肺, 響螺仲好爽滑。25年新會陳皮蒸豉汁鷹倉: 倉魚切片帶厚度, 面層加咗新會陳皮、青蔥、豆豉醬, 看似係重調味, 但食落反而調味偏淡, 嫩滑魚肉夾集

紅寶玉石: 原個去皮蕃茄中釀入炒飯, 輕輕切開蕃茄, 質感超林又多汁, 再淋上黏滑微酸甜茄汁, 跟入面炒得粒粒分明飯底撈埋一齊食, 好似食緊茄汁炒飯, 甜酸開胃。
