來灣仔Staycation,check in後在附近選了一間餐廳吃brunch。上網看到The Oyster House評價不俗,期待它為我打開愉快之旅~除了海鮮,還有pizza、意粉、肉食等選擇。星期六的下午兩時多,餐廳有兩、三枱客人,窗邊位置透著日光,感覺休閒。左起:Rollex、Louet Feisser No.2、Cherry Stone 我最喜歡南非的Rolex ,蠔味鮮醇,海水味重而不過鹹,爽口甘美,愛爾蘭Louet Feisser No.2,入口偏鹹,味道先鹹後甜,Cherry Stone作為刺身級的大蜆,口感爽口鮮味,海水味濃郁。Padron Peppers $99炸西班牙帕德椒,油炸後灑上櫻花蝦味道帶甜不辣,櫻花蝦帶來酥脆口感。Stuffed Mushroom with Iberico Ham $109蘑菇上是牛肝菌配黑毛豬火腿牛肝菌獨有的香味配上鹹香的黑毛豬火腿加上少許蛋黃醬提味,食慾大增!Oyster Bisque $89鮮蠔濃湯,每一口都是濃郁的蠔味以蠔肉打碎煮成蠔湯,每口都如一百隻蠔於舌尖上,必點!跟湯麵包亦很鬆軟。Spring Chicken $239燒春雞
