法國紅牌羊肩:火候控制恰到好處,煮得夠軟腍入味,口感軟嫩多汁,普羅旺斯燉菜和迷迭香汁的搭配更是錦上添花。

法國黃油雞:雞肉嫩滑充滿了黃油的香氣。羊肚菌和蘆筍的搭配增添了鮮美的口感,炒飯則吸收了雞汁的精華,味道香濃。

西班牙豬鞍架:肉質鮮嫩多汁,搭配醃洋蔥、法邊豆和薯蓉,味道豐富,口感層次分明。

甜品

78%黑朱古力慕絲:黑朱古力慕絲口感綿滑,朱古力味濃郁,甜味適中,仲帶有微苦的回甘,啱哂鍾情黑朱古力嘅朋友。

傳統檸檬撻:檸檬的酸甜可口和撻皮的酥脆完美融合,兩者恰到好處,為呢餐法式盛宴畫上完美的句號。
