To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

灣仔茶記之最

灣仔番工既人，應該都會聽過呢間軒尼斯冰廳，裝修左之後，終於趁lunch食第一次，同同事叫左一人一個飯，本來無咩期望，點知令我好驚喜。我叫左個印尼炒飯，一黎到份量都幾大，上面有三色蝦片，一隻煎蛋，一串雞串燒，好香啊！粒粒飯都充滿油香，印尼炒飯一向都帶左少少甜味，每一粒飯都係好均勻嘅啡色，證明炒得好均勻，我仲驚食唔灑，點知食下食下食灑lu。同事叫咗個魚香茄子飯，又係好香，好多汁，好多肉碎同茄子，帶少少微辣，飯既份量好足，店員仲話唔夠可以加飯，我試左啖，好夠火候，好味wo!午餐黎講好多選擇，灣仔茶餐廳好多間，但好食嘅其實好少，呢間真心係區內嘅推介。
