咁岩見佢做緊優惠,dinner set $298/位,第二位有半價,於是就約埋朋友黎試下。餐廳位於灣仔藝術中心入面,而裡面都幾大,所以2個人都可以坐大大張既4人枱,唔會有同人逼住既感覺。咁我同朋友各自叫左d唔同款既菜式share食。頭盤叫左生蠔同布拉塔芝士,生蠔都幾大隻,同埋都新鮮無腥味。另外布拉塔芝士都唔錯,最鍾意係佢下面酸酸地既homemade tomato sauce,味道清新得黎又好夾個芝士。之後主菜叫左catch of the day、牛肩扒。catch of the day係一碟會有幾款唔同海鮮,例如烤魚、魷魚、蜆,佢份量都幾多,而且每樣都新鮮,同埋佢係有d似烤完再煮既感覺,因為佢無整到好乾身,而且食落會有d似蒸海鮮,同埋佢個底會有d海鮮既精華,飲落都幾鮮甜。整體味道著唔會太濃,而係著重本身既鮮味,但略厭有d部份煮得有點老。另外依個牛肩扒叫左五成熟,外面封煎得唔錯,而入面質地唔算好軟淋,但食落又唔會話好難咬,而佢肉味算濃,調味都岩岩好,另外配左個滑身既薯蓉,整體都係值得叫黎食既~最尾甜品叫左tiramisu,質地滑身,手指餅有濃濃咖啡香之餘唔會過濕,係一個有水準既tiram

另外依個牛肩扒叫左五成熟,外面封煎得唔錯,而入面質地唔算好軟淋,但食落又唔會話好難咬,而佢肉味算濃,調味都岩岩好,另外配左個滑身既薯蓉,整體都係值得叫黎食既~
