To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有3層pancake，美式pancake款式，不過味道食得出明顯係自家製口感，層之間夾雜着mascarpone cream但又有少少似吉士醬嘅味道，表面灑滿可可粉，最有趣係有兩支小管裝住espresso shot 可以自己擠入pancake或者灑上表面，頓時提升pancake嘅咖啡可可味！仲有一條焦糖化脆香蕉
唔好睇小個pancake非常非常飽肚！
