要數係灣仔好食又抵食的小菜店,金源真係我名單入面永恆既三甲。點解,因為抵食兼大碟,而且重要味道好好,永無失準。一行五人坐低,叫左五個套餐之後,呀姐就拎左一大煲湯比我地自己分,總共都差唔多分到7丶8碗。湯有少少味精,但唔算太濃味精,而且有唔少冬瓜既甜味,所以味道都幾好。呢度既叉燒炒蛋真係冇得輸!小菜店炒店竟然都會用牛油去炒,所以雞蛋好香又好滑,一D都唔會老,配上叉燒甜甜地的味道,超好送飯。豆破鯪魚炒油麥菜,大大碟,唔會太咸,但係有少少油膩係真的。不過送飯都係頂瓜瓜!椒鹽骨,味道唔會死咸,肉質腍得黎唔會話醃得好勁。味道少咸,相當惹味!豉汁涼瓜炒牛肉,涼瓜味道少少苦,對於鍾意食涼瓜的人黎講真係好惹味。牛肉大大片,好有咬口,配上豉汁都係一個新食法。四季豆炒咸肉,四季豆好甜,而咸肉就爽爽地咸咸地,真係一啖咸肉可以送半碗飯,超香超好味!呢度最特別就係老闆娘自己會整甜品出黎賣,而且質素都唔差添!焦糖雞旦布甸,唔似出面一Pat勁腍的布甸,呢度的布甸比較結實,而且蛋味好香,15蚊算係勁高質!威士忌雪糕都真係全香港得呢度有。食落口好香威士忌的香味,但係唔會覺得酒味好重,香味為主!雪糕好滑身,而且好稠,絕對
