今日去咗灣仔Oyster House食Brunch set,399一位,淨係前菜都有6道,食到飽飽好滿足。先嚟四隻法國生蠔,真係好鮮甜,肉身飽滿而且夠creamy,有種鹹鹹地海水味道,蠔味濃郁又美味。西班牙八爪魚配白豆薯肉沙律,薯蓉甜甜地,加咗白豆同埋八爪魚,比平日有啲咬口,仲帶橄欖油香。挪威三文魚薄片,上面撒咗粉紅胡椒同鮮果,色彩繽紛,好靚好激發少女心!粉紅胡椒有少少麻感,食落感覺好新鮮。海鮮刺身塔,用咗芝麻味嘅中東米同辣辣地嘅泡菜醬汁,加埋彈牙嘅八爪魚,好好口感,整個前菜感覺fresh。鴛鴦紅酒燴豬臉肉伴黑松露薯蓉,豬臉肉燴得好腍,同埋黑松露薯蓉一齊食,味道濃郁香氣四溢。自家製蟹餅,上次都有食過,好重蟹味,仲食到一絲絲蟹肉,外層炸到好香脆,令人回味無窮。主菜有油封鴨腿伴黑松露薯蓉,鴨腿肉肥美,皮煎到好香脆,帶有一種令人垂涎欲滴嘅口感。烤牛骨髓拌和牛肉眼粒,骨髓份量好大條,牛肉眼粒煮到好入味,配埋煮到甜甜地嘅洋蔥同烘到脆口嘅多士,味道一流。我會推薦食完之後刮埋骨髓伴多士,增添多一重享受。最後係精選甜品拼盤!白酒煮梨,甜甜地,清新嘅口感可以中和返主菜嘅味道,梨去咗皮,吸收哂白酒香。香蕉
