採用Prime U.S. 肉眼扒,脂肪唔多,但係軟腍,富有肉味🥩
牛肉本身冇添加額外嘅調味,反而係底下鋪上火箭菜,再加埋Balsamic Vinegar,好似平時食cappaccio咁,冇諗過配上牛扒又OK👌🏻
想濃味啲嘅可以叫侍應加芥末。
